Estate Form
"Estate Form" is an application developed for the real estate agency Novis Reality, serving as a centralized platform for managing all listed properties, contracts, documents, statistics, and more. This custom-made application was designed specifically for the client, as similar applications did not meet their requirements, either being too complex or lacking essential features.

ESTATE FORM
„Novis Reality“ is one of the leading companies providing real estate services in Western Czechia. Together with the client, we concluded that their management system is not very efficient and that it would be advantageous to digitize it, thus significantly simplifying and speeding up the entire process. However, after researching the available applications in the Czech market, we came to the conclusion that none of the applications met the client’s needs. Therefore, the decision was made to create a new application.
Branding
We initiated the project by creating the branding. We decided not to associate the branding with Novis Reality, as we intend to offer the application to other companies in the future.
The logo combines the symbols of a house and a contract while being designed to work effectively as an icon.
The color palette consists of shades of blue to purple, symbolizing calmness and security.
The font chosen is sans-serif and simple, ensuring good functionality within the application itself.
Wireframes
We commenced the application development process with the creation of straightforward wireframes. These wireframes primarily served the purpose of identifying all the features and tabs that the client wished to have on the website.
Additionally, together with user-journeys, they helped outline how these functionalities would operate and how they would be interconnected with one another.
This initial step laid the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of the project’s scope and functionality, ensuring a clear roadmap for the development process.
Design system
I initiated the development of the UI application by creating a design system library. This library proved to be instrumental in significantly enhancing the efficiency and simplicity of the entire application creation process in later stages. The design system was closely aligned with a pre-established branding strategy.
Actual design
Following that, I proceeded with the actual creation of individual screens and prototyping. As an example, I’ll mention the menu overview, which is crucial for providing an overview of the properties.
Bitter end
Unfortunately, the project came to an abrupt halt and was ultimately canceled due to disagreements between the client and the development firm. Consequently, the project remained incomplete. However, it’s worth noting that the client expressed satisfaction with the design throughout the project, and the overall UI/UX of the project was of high quality. I believe that if the application had been realized, it would have performed exceptionally well.
